LOCATION

The hotel is just 1 minute walk from the Loreto stop on the red line (1) and green line (2) of the subway and from Corso Buenos Aires, which is one of the main business and shopping arteries of the city. Hotel Dorè is located in a particularly favorable position to allow you to quickly reach the main business, shopping and cultural zones of Milan. The Central Station is two subway stops away and Piazza del Duomo, the historic center of the city, is 5 stops away. Via Montenapoleone, symbolic with luxury shopping, is also just five stops away. Piazza Cordusio, the financial district of Milan with nearby Piazza degli Affari, the location of the Italian Stock Exchange and lots of financial institutions and banks, is 6 stops away. Also the Polo Urbano and the New Exhibition Center of Rho Pero are conveniently on the subway red line (1).

If you are spending an evening out, there are numerous typical and ethnic restaurants, fast food diners and a cinema near the hotel in Via Palestrina. Otherwise you could head towards the Duomo area, in Corso and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, with over ten cinemas. The Brera area is also full of more elegant, refined restaurants.
You could also go to the fashionable Corso Como, with the latest bars and discos full of VIPs from the world of soccer and entertainment. It is 3 subway stops away (Porta Garibaldi) or ten minutes by car or taxi.

In your free time you really must visit the Duomo, the gothic cathedral and symbol of Milan with its unmistakable mix of spires and pinnacles, and the eighteenth-century Palazzo Reale, a museum and frequent location of temporary exhibitions, or Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the city's gathering place with bars, restaurants, bookshops and boutiques. You can do some luxury shopping in the Quadrilateral, between Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, Corso Venezia and Via Sant'Andrea, with reasonably priced goods in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Corso Torino and Corso Buenos Aires, which is really close to Hotel Dorè.

HOW TO ARRIVE

By plane
From Milan Linate Airport take the no. 73 bus and get off in San Babila. From here take subway line 1 (red) for Sesto and get off at the fourth stop, Loreto. Follow the signs for Piazza Argentina. Leaving Piazza Argentina, you will find Via Paganini 20 meters away. You have arrived. Hotel Dorè is at no. 7.
From Milan Malpensa Airport take the Malpensa Express train and get off at the Cadorna stop. From here take subway line 1 (red) for Sesto FS and get off at the second stop, Loreto. Follow the signs for Piazza Argentina. Leaving Piazza Argentina, you will find Via Paganini 20 meters away. You have arrived. Hotel Dorè is at no. 7.

By train
From the Central Station take subway line 2 (green) for Cascina Gobba/Gessate and get off at the second stop, Loreto. Follow the signs for Piazza Argentina. Leaving Piazza Argentina, you will find Via Paganini 20 meters away. You have arrived. Hotel Dorè is at no. 7.

By car
From the highway take the Tangenziale Est until the Lambrate exit. Drive towards the center, taking Via Porpora to Piazzale Loreto. Take Viale Abruzzi and turn right at the third set of lights. Then take the first side street on the right, Via Paganini. Hotel Dorè is at no. 7.
